From carefully selected meat to the finest spices and gentle drying – every minipic product is the result of Swiss craftsmanship since 1972.

Meat
For minipic products, we exclusively use SGA-certified meat, and for organic products, exclusively Bio-Bud quality. Upon arrival at our production facility, every piece is carefully inspected – because only the best is good enough. After that, it goes straight into further processing.

Spices
Every minipic product has its own individually composed spice blend. The finest ingredients, perfectly harmonised – for organic products, exclusively with Bio-Bud certified spice components.

Production process
The recipe determines the production method. Some products are smoked over the finest beechwood smoke – others are gently air-dried directly. The result is the typical taste, aroma and bite that makes every minipic product unique. Finally, the products are packaged.

Craftsmanship
Even though the most modern technologies are in use – minipic products remain true craftsmanship. With experience, sensitivity and great attention to detail. Since 1972!
